August balances will be calculated and both check and direct deposit payments will be issued Sept. 26, 2006 to qualified publishers. Please note: In order to receive a payment, you must accrue $100 in your available balance.

This is on a slightly different topic but thought of asking under this blog post….
The Beta program of Y! Publisher is still open only to US citizens. Are there any plans of extending this to a people from other countries like India, etc.?
Google Adsense does provide their services to just about all countries now. It would be great to see Y! Publisher heading towards the same direction.

Extending it to more people in the US would be a good idea as well.
