If you’re a regular reader of the blog, you know that we at Yahoo! Publisher Network are committed to social media and user-generated content. We like to use the services we promote. So we were pretty jazzed when we were shown the new Yahoo! home page Beta.
The new home page offers more personalization, search, community as well as more focus on user content and editorial. In addition, users will get quick at-a-glance view of everything that’s going on in the world, including both essential and entertaining news. We think it will be useful and fun for both publishers and consumers alike.

That “preview” link above just shows me the same old Yahoo home page. Nothing new here. I know there’s a new page out there somewhere because my wife sees it on her computer. I’m thinking that this is only enabled for certain accounts. I would think that you insiders would be on top of this…

Yeah, I wasn’t able to see it until this morning. It had a link in the regular one saying something about there being a preview, then after clicking it, it brought me to the new layout.
It looks nice, better than the other one, but I don’t see it as too big of a change… which might be a good thing.

Try it again or try refreshing one or two times. You should get there.

Wow, that is a very nice new homepage. I caught this earlier on Digg, and was very impressed with the look. I myself am a big fan of Google’s services, but with a nice look like this, my choice may change…
