[...] Some home pages, especially on blogs and forums, have the opposite problem. They are too dynamic and can become topically inconsistent.
A problem that I have experienced with the Targeting is that yahoo does not target contextually very well, but does show some success with targeting a URL. My example would be a large site that I run where content is generated dynamically via a passed numerical ID. The ads on the page don't necessarily deal with "that pages" content, but do have relevancy with a section of the site (Almost as it is targeting through the cache). Another site that I have was built with heavy SEO in place and is dynamically generated through the contents in the URL. This keyword heavy URL seems to pull better ads than the ID generated pages.

Hi, with Adsense there a is way to report extreme abuses by adsense publishers. You simply click "ads by google" in the ad block, and then click the link that says "Send Google your thoughts on the ads you just saw". You can also send an email to adsense abuse.

I haven't seen an equivalent option for yahoo ads. Is it possible to do this when you enounter yahoo ads appearing on a site that is engaged in extreme search engine spamming, violating yahoo webmaster guidelines, and basically bilking yahoo advertisers out of their advertising budgets by using things like deceptive redirects and disabling the back button on pages where yahoo ads appear?

Some people have reported the problem with the ad targeting tool not working properly. I have only seen the opposite. Once set, targeted ads displayed on my sites in minutes. I'm happy with it so far. My only problem is that I have 1 site that covers many topics so using the targetting tool is a problem. Left alone, YPN displays too many irrelevant ads on the page.

My issue with ad targeting is that the ads dont seem to rotate well. My site is about news, so i tried targeting it with the news category, but it seems every ad has newsgator right at the top, with the same ones behind it. It would be nice to specify "50/50" where it is 50% contextual ads and 50% targeted.

Another issue with ad targeting is that there is no way to target just the home page, i.e. http://www.youpickthenews.com i want to have targeted with news category, but i want the rest of the pages to be contextual, however if i put in http://www.youpickthenews.com then the entire site goes newsgator.

Also i noticed that ad-targeting is great at going into effect a few minutes after you make the change, however the ad-blocking which i put into effect 2 days ago still hasnt taken effect.
